Green Curry Family Box


The pefect meal for couples who want to bring some heat into their night.

With rich undertones of sweetness,citrus and basil and the after-kick of spice deep down your throat,this Green Curry box really does get you a little sweaty.

Serves 4

You will need oil and sugar.


  • Peel and chop the carrot. Cut the meat into slices
  • In a sauce pan fry 1tbsp oil with the curry paste and cook a little. Add a little coconut milk and fry until the paste cooks out a bit approx 2 mins
  • Add chicken and seal the meat.
  • Add the rest of the coconut milk,sliced carrot, lime leaves and a little water and simmer, until chicken is cooked. Add basil. Cook a few more minutes
  • Add fish sauce and sugar to taste
